I took a year off as my sweet husband and I are serving a mission for our church in Kenya Africa from July 2024 to July 2025. 

I graduated with a master's from Whitworth University in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. I am a licensed mental health counselor for the state of Washington. 

Even though my degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy I mainly work with individuals 18 and older. I work with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, excessive stress, and or just feeling stuck in life.

I chose the name Your Journey Counseling for my business as this is YOUR journey. We work together at YOUR pace. And we work on the things that are most meaningful to YOU. 

You set your own goals as I walk alongside you to help you achieve them. My number one goal is that you will feel safe and respected as we work together to create a more fulfilling life that brings you greater joy and satisfaction. 

I accept most insurances. If paying cash, I charge $140 an hour.
